What is included
Every program ships with the same backbone
- Pattern grading on your target chart — US, EU, UK or AU, with separate extended blocks above a 40 band and above XL.
- Fabric and trim sourcing from mills we already run: lace, elastic, wire, hooks, foam, dyed-to-order colourways.
- Your branding — woven or heat-transfer labels, jacquard elastic, hangtags, tissue, stickers and barcode/SSCC carton marking.
- Written inspection — material intake record, in-line checkpoint notes and an AQL 2.5 final report with photos.
- Freight options — FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou, CIF your port, or DDP to your 3PL with prep labels.
Options that move the unit price: underwire and moulded cups, laser-cut bonded edges, custom jacquard elastic, dyed-to-order colours below 500 pcs per colour, and gift-box packaging. Ask for a costing card and we will show the delta per option.

Most buyers start with a sample set across two or three programs rather than a single style. You pay proto rate plus courier; both are credited against a bulk order.

Program FAQ
Before you pick a category
Can I order across several categories in one container?
Yes. MOQ applies per style per colour, not per container, so buyers routinely combine bra sets, bralettes, robes and shapewear in one shipment. We consolidate cartons and issue one packing list and one set of shipping documents.
Which sizes do you grade for Western markets?
Bras run US 32A–42H, EU 65–95 and UK 2–8; panties, bralettes, shapewear and loungewear run XS–4X (AU/NZ 6–24 available). Extended sizes use their own blocks rather than scaled-up small sizes — see the Size & Fit Guide.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
ODM means you select from our developed style library and apply your branding, colours and size run. OEM means we develop to your tech pack: your pattern intent, fabric specification, labels and packaging, with proto and fit samples before bulk. Details on the OEM / ODM page.
Can we sample two or three categories before committing?
Yes — that is the normal first order path. Each sample is charged at proto rate plus courier and credited against a bulk order, so the evaluation cost is not lost. Request the set through the sample form.
