OEM is development to your tech pack; ODM is adoption of one of our graded blocks with your branding, colours and size curve. Either path runs through the same gates: costing, proto, fit, PP sample, bulk, inspection. You approve each gate in writing before the next one is paid for.

Development timeline
Six gates, each with a deliverable
Day 0–2
Brief & costing card
Tech pack, reference photo or shelf plan in; fabric, trim, labour, MOQ tiers and freight out within 48 business hours.
Day 3–9
Proto sample
First sample on the closest block and stocked fabric, with a note list of what deviates from your brief.
Day 10–16
Fit sample & comment sheet
Corrections applied; we send a size set across your curve plus a fit comment sheet for sign-off.
Day 17–26
PP sample
Bulk fabric, your labels, your packaging. Production cannot start until you sign it.
Day 27–55
Bulk production & in-line QC
Cutting, sewing, finishing with checkpoint audits through the run, not only at the end.
Day 56–62
Final inspection & shipment
AQL 2.5 report with photos, then FOB / CIF / DDP booking with your forwarder or ours.

Season planning: for a spring drop, brief by June; for autumn, brief by August. Chinese New Year adds 2–3 weeks to any window that crosses February.

Brand owners ask these first
What does a private label lingerie MOQ look like?
Per style per colour: 200 pcs robes/loungewear, 300 pcs bralettes, chemises and shapewear, 500 pcs wired sets and circular-knit seamless. Replenishment of an approved style drops to 150–250 pcs — full ladder in the MOQ table above.
How long from tech pack to shipped goods?
Costing ≤ 48 h, proto 7 days, 1–2 fit rounds at 5–7 days, PP sample 7–10 days, bulk 25–35 days. A three-style program typically lands in 8–10 weeks from kickoff; February orders stretch because of Chinese New Year.
Can we start with one style and add more later?
Yes — and it is the smart path. Launch one hero style plus a bottom or robe, keep the block on file, then extend seasonally. Labels, fabric cards and tooling from order one are reused, so program two is cheaper and faster.
Who owns the patterns and blocks we develop?
Blocks developed from your tech pack are held for you and not offered to other clients; we can sign a written exclusivity note with the order. Stock ODM blocks remain ours, which is what keeps their MOQ low.
