Bras & panty sets that keep fit and shape through 30 washes
A bra and panty set program is a coordinated underwire or wireless bra plus matching bottom, produced in graded size runs for wholesale and private label buyers. Langlang builds these sets on wired, light-line, moulded and triangle constructions, with band, cup depth and strap width re-engineered above a 40 band instead of scaled up.
Construction options
What we build in this program
- Cup: single-layer lace, lined simplex, light-line, moulded foam (6–12 mm), spacer cup for t-shirt styles, push-up with removable inserts.
- Wire: standard gauge, mini wire or wireless underband; channels are stitched and tested for poke before packing.
- Underband & closure: 2–4 hook closures, satin or power-mesh wing, jacquard or woven elastic with your logo.
- Bottoms: brief, bikini, hipster, thong and high-waist on the same fabric card — the set MOQ can be split across them.
- Colour: stock colour cards plus dyed-to-order (Pantone TCX) with a lab dip before bulk.

Questions buyers ask about sets
What is the MOQ for bra and panty sets?
500 sets per style, splittable across colours and bottom types. Replenishment of an established style starts at 250 sets, and mixed-style trial orders are possible once the combined quantity clears 1,500 sets.
Which cup constructions can you produce?
Single-layer lace, lined simplex, light-line, moulded foam in 6–12 mm, push-up with removable inserts and spacer cup for t-shirt styles. Wire runs standard, mini or underband-only; every cup is wire-poke tested before packing (see Quality & Compliance).
Can we mix different bottoms with one bra style?
Yes. Brief, bikini, hipster, thong and high-waist bottoms are separate pattern pieces on the same fabric card, so you can allocate the set MOQ across bottom types and change the ratio at each replenishment.
