Most lost orders are not design failures — they are fit failures in the extended range. We grade bras and shapewear on separate extended blocks, so a 42H is engineered, not a 34B scaled up: band, cup depth, strap width and wire gauge all move with the size.

Buyer FAQ
Standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per colour for bralettes, chemises and robes, 500 sets per style for wired bra and panty sets and 300 pieces for shapewear. Blending colourways lowers the per-colour break, and replenishment runs for proven styles start at 150 pieces. The full tier table is on the OEM / ODM page.
First proto from a tech pack is 7 working days on our standard blocks; fit samples after your comment sheet take another 5–7 days. Bulk lead time is 25–35 days from approved PP sample and deposit. Sample fees are credited against a bulk order.
Band conversion runs US 32 → EU 65–70, 34 → 75, 36 → 80, 38 → 85, 40 → 90, 42 → 95. Cup letters are not interchangeable between systems, so we grade to your target market's chart instead of translating letters one by one. Yes — elastic jacquard logo, woven and heat-transfer labels, hangtags, tissue, stickers, poly bags, boxes and barcode or SSCC carton marking are produced from your artwork. We send dieline templates and make a branded PP sample before bulk.
Our extended blocks run US 32A–42H / EU 65–95 for bras and XS–4X for panties, bralettes, shaping and loungewear. Extended sizes are patterned on their own blocks with adjusted strap width, wire gauge and band tension — this is where most overseas suppliers quietly scale up a small size and generate returns.
Every shipment leaves with a material intake record, in-line checkpoint notes and an AQL 2.5 final inspection report with photos. Fabrics can be submitted to an accredited third-party lab for azo, formaldehyde, pH and colour-fastness testing when you require it, and your own inspection agent is welcome on the line. We do not publish certificate numbers here — the real paperwork travels with your order.
